By far my favourite feature! Click on this when you’re on the go and see the current listings that are nearby. That’s right, when you’re out and you drive by a for sale sign, you no longer have to hunt for the listing info. Click on {Instaview} and the listing will pop up.

Using your current location (must be activated) the map will show all current listings within a couple of km’s. Scroll over the map to move to a more defined area or use the filter feature to narrow the field by numerous criteria options.

Using specific criteria you can narrow your search by location, price, property type and many more options.

The app will remember some recent searches in case you forgot to save properties to your favourites.

This is where all the properties go that you have marked as your favourite (when viewing the listing click on the star to mark as a favourite) and (if enabled) where listing that we share with each other will be saved.

This works out your payment for a mortgage. Enter sale price, down payment and current interest rate. Adjust your amortization (length of mortgage) and frequency of mortgage payments (weekly-monthly). Your mortgage amount will be calculated for you.
